Martin goes solar Cheltenham MP Martin Horwood is making his own contribution to fighting climate change by having solar panels installed on his own house. The panels will supply heat directly to the house's water and heating systems, saving money and cutting carbon emissions. Martin commented: I'm delighted to be able to make a personal statement about climate change action".

"The Lib Dems have a suggested a range of concrete measures on climate change, such as the green tax switch that would reward those with smaller and more efficient cars and raise more money from polluting cars and airlines".

"The Tories have offered little more than fine words and photo ops on this subject so far".
