Green belt review is flawed, says Martin Horwood11.32.45am GMT Wed 21st Mar 2007 Commenting on the publication of the consultants' report commissioned by Cheltenham Borough Council on the future of the Green Belt round Cheltenham, local MP Martin Horwood said: "It is almost unbelievable that the consultants' report has such a glaring mistake in its methodology. It is ridiculous not to give value to the position of plots of land in relation to Cheltenham and Gloucester. I shall press Cheltenham Borough Council to put this right. The case that LEGLAG (Leckhampton Green Land Action Group) and I have made to have the Leckhampton Green Land put into the new green belt is fully justified."
